How to Give Administrator Access to a Meta (Facebook) Account
- Log in to Business Manager
- Go to Meta Business Suite.
- Navigate to Settings
- Click on the gear icon in the left-hand menu to access settings.
- Add People
- Under Users, select People.
- Click the Add button.
- Enter Email and Assign Role
- Enter the person’s email address.
- Choose the appropriate role (e.g., Admin for full access).
- Click Next to finalize.
- Send Invite
- The person will receive an email to accept the invitation.

How to Give Administrator Access to Google My Business (GMB)
- Log in to Google My Business
- Select Your Business
- Choose the business you want to manage if you have multiple listings.
- Navigate to Users
- Click on Settings (gear icon).
- Select Managers or Users from the menu.
- Add a New User
- Click Add Users (plus icon).
- Enter the person’s email address.
- Assign a Role
- Choose Manager or Owner (Admins have full access, while Managers have limited permissions).
- Click Invite to send the invitation.
- Wait for Acceptance
- The invitee will need to accept the email invitation to gain access.
